MARÍA PAGÉS, THE ARTIST, VISITS THE INSTITUT CATALÀ DEL PEU.

We have had recently the pleasure of having with us the presence of the flamenco dancer and choreographer María Pagés.

María Pagés is one of the greatest exponents of flamenco dancing, both in Spain and abroad.

She is a member of the Scenic Arts State Council, Education, Culture and Sport Department in Spain, as well as a member of the Culture Council in the Madrid Community.

Among her acknowledgments, she has the National Coreography Prize (1996), the National Dance Prize (2002), the Andalusia’s Medal (2011), the Gold’s Medal to the Great Worth of Fine Art (2014), the Armchair Prize for the best Spanish Theater Production, among many others. We would like to thank María Pagés for trusting the Institut Català del Peu during all these years.
